United Kingdom Returns

Conditions for Return:

  • Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact

  • Proof of purchase must be retained to facilitate your return

  • This policy applies to orders placed within the eligible return period. Items purchased outside this window are subject to our standard returns policy

  • TRENDYGOLF reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not meet these conditions

All UK returns must be initiated through our Returns Portal: https://trendygolf-uk.loopreturns.com
You can also scan the QR code included in your delivery paperwork to access the portal directly.

Once in the portal, you will be able to:

  • Select your return items

  • Choose a return method

  • Generate a Royal Mail return label or a QR code (for printer-free drop-off at the Post Office)

Free Returns for Orders £100 and Over

For UK mainland orders of £100 or more:

  • You are eligible for a free Royal Mail Tracked 24 return

  • You can choose either a downloadable label or a QR code via the portal

  • Drop your parcel at your local Post Office and retain your proof of postage

Free Returns on All UK Footwear

All footwear returns within the UK are eligible for free returns, regardless of the order value.

Orders Under £100

If your order total is under £100 (excluding shoes), you have two options:

  • Purchase a subsidised Royal Mail return label or QR code through the returns portal

  • Or return the item using your own courier to the address provided during the returns process
    We recommend using a tracked service for your peace of mind.

Please note: Items remain the responsibility of the sender until received by the TRENDYGOLF returns department. Always obtain a proof of postage or use a tracked service. Make sure your name and order number are included inside the return package.

We highly recommend using a tracked delivery service for all international returns.

All items must be returned with the polythene bag and all tags attached as per our terms and conditions of sale. If an item is returned in a state that cannot be resold, then the product maybe refused and will be returned to the customer accordingly.

International Returns

If you're returning from outside the UK, please use our Returns Portal to begin the process.

  • We offer a DHL return service via the portal for convenient, tracked international returns.
  • You can also choose to return your items using your own courier at your own cost.

Exchanging

Need a different size? We've got you.

You can now request an exchange directly through our Exchanges & Returns Portal. Just select the item you want to exchange and choose your preferred size — if it's in stock, we'll reserve it and ship it to you as soon as we receive your original item.

Here's how it works:

  1. Head to the portal and select "Exchange" for the item you'd like to swap
  2. Choose your preferred size or variant
  3. Send your original item back using the label or QR code provided. Or you preferred tacked service.
  4. *Once received and approved, we’ll ship your exchange out to you

*If the item you want isn't available at the time of processing, don’t worry — we'll issue you a refund instead so you can reorder or choose something else.

Please enclose a note with the reason for your return, your order number, and the items you wish to return and what you would like to do, i.e. return for a store credit, an exchange or full refund. Items must be returned in original packaging with all tags. We will only accept returned items unworn / un-damaged.
